CCHS Fall Play: The Grapes of Wrath

Play Dates: December 5th, 6th, and 7th in The CCHS Auditorium
Director Ben Kendall and a very talented group on CCHS student actors bring
John Steinbeck’s novel to the CCHS stage in December. The play focuses
on a poor family of sharecroppers, the Joads, driven from their home by drought,
economic hardship, and changes in the agriculture industry. In a nearly hopeless
situation, they set out for California's Central Valley along with thousands of other
"Okies" in search of land, jobs, and dignity.
